For too long, traditional politics has failed everyday Australians. Corruption, career politicians, and short-term agendas have dominated decision-making, leaving the public with little control over their own future. Aussies Power was created to change that.
My name is Vincent Marty, and I’m the Founder and Architect of Aussies Power. With more than 40 years of experience in hospitality, security, risk management, and business operations, I’ve seen firsthand how inefficiency, bureaucracy, and self-serving leadership hold back real progress.
I’ve worked in high-level management roles, optimising multimillion-dollar businesses. I’ve also been deeply involved in national security and governance. As a licensed Defence Broker—one of only 18 in Australia—I’ve worked directly with governments, law enforcement, and military sectors, ensuring compliance, accountability, and strategic security at the highest levels.
Yet despite this experience, one thing became clear: our political system in Australia is fundamentally flawed. It no longer serves the people—it serves itself. That’s why I set out to design a system where Australians, not politicians, have direct control over the decisions that shape their lives.

Aussies Power is not about me. It’s about every Australian finally having a real voice in shaping their future. I don’t want power or control—I want to build the foundation for a system where:

That’s why Aussies Power is built on direct democracy, AI oversight, and expert-led governance, ensuring that decisions are made by the people, for the people—without bias or hidden agendas.

Why I Created Aussies Power
Across my career, I’ve learned how to optimise systems, streamline inefficiencies, and deliver solutions where failure was not an option. I’ve built businesses, led teams, and navigated industries where accountability and precision determined success.
Now, I want to apply that same discipline and innovation to governance itself. Aussies Power is not just another political movement—it’s about reshaping how democracy works in Australia, and showing the world that true direct democracy is possible.
