Sovereign Aussies Governance (SAG) Structure

1. National Leadership

President / Prime Minister

  • Elected every 7 years (max 2 terms = 14 years).

  • Must have 15+ years of experience in governance, law, defence, or public administration.

  • Responsible for:

    • Strategic decision-making & national policy oversight

    • Diplomacy & international representation

    • Crisis response with Defence & Security Council

  • Works with a DemokrAI Advisor for data-driven, unbiased input.

  • ❌ Cannot override public votes or referendums.

Deputy President / Prime Minister

  • Elected on the same ticket.

  • Assumes leadership if the President/PM is incapacitated.

  • Supports interdepartmental projects and coordination.

Public Recall Mechanism

  • A petition with 250,000 verified signatures triggers a national vote.

  • If 60%+ vote for removal, the leader is dismissed.

  • A snap election is held within 60 days.

  • Recall petitions only allowed after 2 years into a term.

2. National Council (Oversight & Transparency)

  • 50 members, elected every 6 years (staggered: half replaced every 3 years).

  • 50% elected by citizens, 50% appointed by professional committees.

  • Max 2 terms (12 years).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversight & Investigation → audits ministries, investigates misconduct.

  • Legal & Constitutional Review → can request re-votes on legal conflicts (but final say stays with the people).

  • Transparency → verifies vote integrity, AI security, and election fairness.

  • Crisis Coordination → activates emergency funds & supports Defence & Security Council.

3. Expert-Led Ministries

Each ministry is led by 3 elected experts (5 for Defence & Security due to scope).

  • Experts must have 12+ years of field experience.

  • Elected every 4 years (max 3 terms = 12 years).

  • Work alongside a CEO administrator who manages daily operations.

  • AI Oversight: monitors budgets, prevents corruption, and ensures unbiased decision-making.

4. Regional Governance

To balance unity with autonomy:

  • Regional Administrators (RAs) replace state premiers.

  • RAs elected every 5 years, max 2 terms (10 years).

  • Report to the National Council, not the President.

  • RAs manage local issues only (economy, education, infrastructure).

  • Cannot override national laws.

Regional Leadership Board (RLB):

  • Composed of all RAs.

  • Advises on national policy impact.

  • Ensures fair resource distribution across regions.

5. Direct Democracy & Public Power

National Petition System:

  • 10,000 signatures → Ministry review.

  • 50,000 signatures → Mandatory debate + Council review.

  • 250,000 signatures → Automatic national vote.

Secure Voting App (DemokrAI):

  • Used for:

    • Policy voting

    • Recall elections

    • Budget allocations

  • Built with biometrics, geolocation checks, and AI-driven coercion protection.

6. National Crisis & Security Management

Defence & Security Council (5 Experts):

  • Military, cybersecurity, and intelligence oversight.

  • Works with AI early-warning systems.

National Crisis Response AI:

  • Tracks risks: economy, environment, and national security.

  • Provides real-time alerts & preemptive solutions.

Emergency Continuity Measures:

  • Food & water reserves

  • National cybersecurity network

  • Underground bunkers for leadership survival

7. Transparency & Corruption Prevention

  • National Accountability Tribunal → investigates corruption, can freeze assets.

  • AI Budget Monitoring → tracks every government transaction.

  • Strict Term Limits:

    • President/PM = 2 terms (14 years)

    • Ministers = 3 terms (12 years)

    • Regional Administrators = 2 terms (10 years)
